Previous Match Reports
Frinton & Walton U10 Blues 3
Wivenhoe Youth U10 Blues 2
Frinton had total control in the first half and lead at the
break with a goal from Jack Brownsdon. Wivenhoe took advantage
early in the second half with two well worked goals. Frinton
rallied strongly with a superb long distance strike from Anthony
Spyrou and the winner was scored by the industrious Josh Lake.

In their best
performance of the season so far Frinton dominated the match
from the start.
Jack Brownsdon
scored early on with a header from an excellent corner by Josh
Lake.
Keeper Jack Coleman was quick of his line twice to deny
Brightlingsea any share of the points.
Man of the Match
Louie Marzec capped a fine display by dribbling past 3 defenders
to slot Jack in for his second.

Frinton dominated
the first half with Josh scoring from Harry’s cross within the
first couple of minutes. This was shortly followed by another
cracking goal from Josh. Still pushing forward hard, Jack
finished off a great pass from Louie. Just then, the speedy
Clacton striker broke free to score, for the away team. Just
before half time, a superb cross gracefully curved into the
goal, making it a hat trick for Josh.
The second half
started of very quietly as Clacton’s defence tightened, making
it hard for Frinton to find any openings. Shortly before full
time Frinton pushed forward and Patrick scored his first of the
season.
Newly appointed
goalie, Jack, made some great saves and the whole team worked
really hard and played some terrific football. Well done boys
for a great team effort!

In
a very enjoyable and hard fought match both teams showed great
skills. Frinton took the lead when Louie Marzec reacted first to
a rebound from a powerful free kick . Jack Coleman had a great
debut in goal but couldn't stop FC Clacton equalising after a
period of sustained pressure.
Frinton reacted when Anthony Spyrou scored the winner for
Frinton from a well worked corner taken by Man of the match Josh
Lake.
